Shine and Shoot 2022 is the day for us to brag!
EcoBrite is all about hard work. We value all the effort of our team. Therefore, we always look for different ways to show the employees our appreciation of their dedication. We also seek to encourage them to give their best to achieve the best results. This is how we work!
However, day to day life can be full of distractions, and, sometimes, people forget how much difference good quality work makes. That’s because, inherently, we tend to get used to the environment that we work in, since we always keep everything organized and clean. With that in mind, Shine and Shoot’s 2022 competition is about the BEFORE AND AFTER of our cleaning projects. In other words, we want to give our team the opportunity to show off!
So, it doesn’t matter if it’s the floor, the windows, or the janitor closet; show off the difference your work makes! Take a picture of the glow that all your effort brings to the environment!

Ways to Win!
The person who did the work (where the mop hits the floor) – 1st and 2nd place;
#1 participating Supervisor (by number of entries);
#1 Regional Area Manager who has the greatest number of locations participating;
Bragging Rights for the Division Operations Director.
Here is how to participate:
1) Take a picture(s) before you clean; take another picture(s), in the same position, after the cleaning, to show the difference.
2) Answer the Form and include your name, title, and store.
3) Upload a picture (max 5) to the Form. Be sure to include a photo of yourself.
4) The pictures will be analyzed, and an email will announce a winner.
5) Follow EcoBrite Services on Facebook and Instagram.
6) Photo Upload Due Date: September 16
7) Winner Announcement: September 30
